The video game "Call of Duty: Black Ops" offers MaxiDiag PRO MD801 of modes and gameplay. Several weapons and items can be obtained to help you progress through the game, or to unlock extra content. The disc-shaped film reels are found in the Zombie Mode level "Kino der Toten," and serve as little bonuses for players facing a zombie onslaught.
Location
Film reels appear in only one level, "Kino der Toten," which takes place in a derelict film theater. They are scattered throughout the level, and each can be obtained only when you are randomly teleported after entering the "Pack-a-Punch" room.
obd2 tool can be found in any of these four rooms: Samantha's room, Samantha's room, the conference room and the dentist's office. Each film reel is randomly placed in the room, and bears the logo of Group 935.
Content
Film reels offer extra background and story information. The Zombie Mode has no real plot other than that you must survive wave after wave of zombies.
On the film reels, however, are 15-second clips provide a slice of why there is a zombie outbreak. The voice of Dr. Maxis can be heard as each reel plays, and images of zombie test subjects can be seen on the screen.
Usage
Pick up the film reels by pressing the "Use" button. You must then go to the film projector in the main room and again press the "Use" button. The theater's MaxiScan US703 will begin displaying the contents of the film reel. Do this quickly, however, as the next wave of zombie opponents will find their way to the room.
Usefulness
The film reels serve no purpose to the main game, but they do shed a little light on the impending zombie apocalypse of Zombie Mode. and they serve as a small introduction to the next game in the "Call of Duty" franchise, "Call of the Dead." This new game will take place entirely in the same zombie-filled world of "Kino der Toten."
